The Department has already been conducting Employability Training Programmes for final year students for the past three years. The Department wishes to continue this programme in association with the Placement Cell & Career Guidance Bureau of the college on an annual basis so that students obtain skills in Resume Preparation, Group Discussion, Self Introduction, Personal Interview and other prerequisites before attending Campus Interviews.

The Department also wishes to continue its tradition of conducting Life Science mentoring sessions by acclaimed and successful resource persons from various fields in Biology who can motivate and inform the students on avenues in Life Sciences and guide them on the time frames of the examinations conducted nationally so that they know what to ,when to, why to and how to…. be in Life Sciences scheme of things.
