Centennial Vista – Science Porium & Genetic Diary Exhibition
As part of the centenary celebration of Union Christian College, Aluva, a Mega Exhibition titled “Centennial Vista” was held at College premises from 5th to 12th November, 2022. Department of Biosciences participated in the exhibition by arranging 2 pavilions titled “Science Porium” & “Genetic Diary” which provided insights to the general public in various scientific research programs including the development of Covid Vaccine. DNA fingerprinting, Microbial Art, Personalised Medicine etc were also introduced to the public during the exhibition. Students of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics worked hand in hand with the faculty to make the 2 pavilions a very good and informative one.
