‘High-throughput sequencing and Data Analysis ‘on 28th & 29th January 2019.’
The Department hosted a two day lecture workshop on ‘High-throughput sequencing and Data Analysis ‘on 28th & 29th January 2019. 40 students participated in the workshop. The workshop had Dr. Rita Mukhopadhyay, Head Gene Technology Section, MBD, BARC as resource person who has expertise in genome analysis. The programme was in collaboration with Bencos Research Solutions, Mumbai. Dr. Darshan Dhakan from Bencos Research Solutions was at the forefront in the morning session interacting with students on the hierachy and evolution of gene and genome sequencing.
